About Us

Robert A. Moss graduated with a B.A. degree with honors from Michigan State University in 1974. Mr. Moss graduated with a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the Illinois Institute of Technology/ Chicago Kent College of Law in 1978.

Upon his graduation from law school, Mr. Moss was honored to accept a Clerkship as the Law Clerk to the late Honorable Sam Phillips McKenzie, Chief Judge of the Superior Court of Fulton County.

After his two year Clerkship with Judge McKenzie, Mr. Moss began his career in the private practice of law. He has been continuously engaged in the practice of law since 1978. Mr. Moss has tried over 125 major jury trials, has conducted hundreds of hearings and non-jury trials, and has participated in mediation in a countless number of cases.
Mr. Moss has had the honor and distinction of representing clients and appearing before the various state and federal appellate courts on over 35 appeals.

Mr. Moss is admitted to practice in all of the State and Superior Courts in the state of Georgia. He is also admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Mr. Moss is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals. In 1990, Mr. Moss was honored by being admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

Jeffrey P. Rothenberg graduated with a B.A. degree with honors from Brandeis University in 1976. Mr. Rothenberg graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from American University in 1979.

Upon his graduation from law school, Mr. Rothenberg began his practice of law in Atlanta, where he has practiced continually since 1979. He is admitted to practice in all of the State and Superior Courts in the state of Georgia. Mr. Rothenberg is also admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia, as well as the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals.

Mr. Moss is dedicated to guiding his clients through the very difficult process of divorce and custody. He recognizes and understands that divorce and custody are extremely personal and emotionally charged process. Mr. Moss guides his clients in a supportive, warm and personable manner to help them through the legal process. Mr. Moss is skillful and tenacious, yet straight forward in his problem solving approach to attain a fair resolution of each case.

Mr. Moss represents a wide range of clients with various family law issues, ranging from complex contested cases to uncontested cases. Some of his family law clients are engaged in a family business. Mr. Moss is adept at representing clients who have an ongoing family business to protect.

Mr. Moss has successfully represented clients who have suffered the loss of a family member, or who have sustained a catastrophic injury as a result of an automobile collision or medical malpractice. Understanding the emotional, financial and physical needs of his clients is a hallmark of Mr. Moss' practice. Mr. Moss is ever present in working with clients and in battling the insurance companies to achieve the best result possible for his clients.
